MetaGoal pools are meant to be fun with friends. If pool-playing is impacting your finances, relationships, or mental health, help is available.

Set your own limits

• Only enter pools you can afford to lose 100% of
• Don't chase losses — the math doesn't forgive it
• Take breaks between tournaments
• Talk to your group if someone is struggling

Self-exclusion

You can self-exclude for 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year. Email help@metagoal.fun with the subject “self-exclude” and your wallet address. We'll block new pool creation + joining for the duration. Existing pools continue to resolution (we never lock funds).
